Steven E. Wagner


Vice President of Operations and Finance

Steven hails from a solid background in finance and has worked directly with Larry and Chuck since 2003. He has served as vice president of finance for land development projects as well as multiple real estate sales operations, and he served as CFO at The Summit, McWaters and Lake Carolina before joining SCS in 2003. In addition to finance, Steven has served on several boards for software and technology development and implementation. Steven and his staff handle SCS’ human resources and information technology operations, as well as overseeing cash flow for all SCS-managed associations. As designated by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB), Steven is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
